(Selma, NC) – The 3rd annual East Carolina Antique Show got off to a rainy start on Friday but when it stopped there was a cloud burst of customers. People poured through the show all day Friday and redoubled their numbers on Saturday.
Reports from the dealers at Selma East Coast Antique Show & Sale included: Donna Reid of Reid’s Country Sampler stated she had three people working the cash drawer. Rose Wagamon of Railroad Street Antiques reported selling almost all of her husband’s extensive tool collection. Tonia Harris of Visual Pleasure Antiques said that in all the years she has been doing shows she has never seen such numbers of people. Albert Kensek of Treasury Antiques stated that he and his whole staff were exhausted.
