[ June 12, 2010; ] Show promoters Tracy Dodge and Steve Lipman of The Yellow Garage Antiques of Mullica Hill, New Jersey announced that the forth annual JUNE FESTIVAL OF ANTIQUES has been scheduled for Saturday, June 12th, 2010.
An exceedingly rare 1899 United Metal Cartridge Company factory bullet board in excellent condition sold for $11,769 in an Internet and catalog auction that ended Mar. 20-21 by SoldUSA.com. It was the first of two variations and the rarer variety, better known as the “Elk Scene” board. It was also the top achiever of the more than 1,200 items sold.
Leon Castner, Ph. D., ISA, CAPP, has been appointed to the newly created post of Director of Education. But Castner is hardly a new face in the ISA.
