New York – Christie’s New York is pleased to present an exquisite collection of Spring Season highlights, open to the public from March 14 to March 17. This free exhibition highlights over fifty works of art from twenty categories and is valued in excess of $200 million. It includes major works by Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, Mark Rothko, and Francis Bacon from the New York Impressionist & Modern Art and Post War & Contemporary Art sales; extraordinary Old Master Paintings, Russian paintings and Magnificent Jewels; a rare Roman porphyry statue of Tyche and a million dollar rug from the Estate of Doris Duke.
