Entrepreneurs Growing Vast Wealth from Antiques & Collectibles with Daryle S. Lambert and the 31 Club
“The Antiques, Collectible, and Fine Arts Markets have all anyone needs to begin accumulating vast wealth beyond their imagination,” says Daryle S. Lambert, President of 31 Inc., and author of the new book release “31 Steps to Your Millions in Antiques & Collectibles.”
This might seem to be a bold statement to make, but Lambert, 66, and a 40-year collector and dealer, is a firm believer that personal wealth can be built from this industry. With as little as one hundred dollars, Lambert claims that seasoned professionals or beginning enthusiasts can buy and sell their way to millions of dollars in a relatively short period of time, if they follow a strategic plan.
The idea that the beginning enthusiast can accumulate millions of dollars, buying and selling antiques & collectibles might sound “crazy” to most. Add the idea of starting with an account of only one hundred dollars, and Lambert might be considered by some as “certifiably crazy.” But, what his ideas sound like to others doesn’t bother him, or even ruffle this southern gentleman. Over the years, he’s been accustomed to others thinking his ideas were crazy and it simply adds fuel to his fire and keeps him sharp.
As a young man growing up in Owensboro, Kentucky, Lambert’s vision, determination, and perseverance were traits that had long been the subject of many water cooler commentaries, beginning in the days when he was in the oil and gas industry and on through the days he decided to build a real estate company and financial services company. But, entrepreneurial types at heart will recognize that these traits are the ones that set successful people apart from the rest of the world.
With his down home, laid back Kentucky drawl, Lambert goes on to say, “Anyone can choose to be wealthy. And, they can do it right here in the Antiques & Collectibles Market, whether they are seasoned dealers, collectors, or weekend garage sale shoppers looking to sell items on eBay for extra money. Sometimes, people just need a fresh perspective and some guidance to change the way they work and think.” Though his style seems laid back, his message is anything but laid back. And, it’s catching on. “The Guy in the Red Tie” daily blog is growing as more and more sites link in. More books are being sold everyday to those eager to hear his message.
Lambert’s company, 31 Inc., a company of 4, including Lambert, is growing in ways Lambert never expected. When readers urged him to form a club based upon the principles and method in “31 Steps to Your Millions in Antiques & Collectibles,” Lambert responded by forming the “31 Club”, so like-minded members can be in touch with one another under Lambert’s leadership and tutelage. Already members are e-mailing their stories and pictures of treasures found and sold.
Justin, the eleven-year-old son of a 31 Club Member, e-mailed Lambert looking for his support if he was successful in starting an after school club based on “31 Steps to Your Millions in Antiques & Collectibles”. Lambert told Justin he would help him and his after school club with whatever they might need. Justin has, since, been successful in getting the club approved by his grade school. The association with Justin and his after school club is a natural for Lambert, whose own 8-year-old son, Joshua, is an avid collector and featured guest speaker at the Chicago Antiques Market, addressing the Junior Collectors Club, this summer.
“I am a man on a mission,” says Lambert. “I’ve seen too many people suffer unnecessarily, often times, for financial reasons. I aim to help create industry millionaires of our members. As long as there is still a breath within me, I intend to share what I know and use the abilities God has graciously given me to help others improve the quality of their lives.”
